Something Inspiring

Dive in to what inspires you. Think about where inspiration comes from and when you notice you get inspired.

I recognize things that inspire me everywhere. In my friends and family. In my professors. And, in the world around me. There is so much that happens each day and I want to achieve as much as I can. I look to the small things and the little details to influence and instill within my daily life. Inspiration can materialize from anywhere and it is important to find different aspects of this within your life. 

I inspire myself. 

I work for my validation. I work to make myself proud. I strive to strengthen my presentations and receive exceptional grades. My classmates emboldened me to triumph. Watching my peers work hard makes me want to work harder. I have goals that I want to achieve or better yet, need to achieve. Goals that I need to work hard for. Each push, each presentation, and each exam is another step closer to achieving these goals. 

My future inspires me. The individuals within my field and the opportunities of my future galvanize me. I compare myself to those who are better and continue my drive to gain that role. To be able to achieve this, I need to work hard to get there. Comparing myself to these individuals allows me to grow, get inspired, and challenge myself to accomplish this. 

Social media inspires me. Pinterest sparks me with the various prints, designs, fashion, trends, and more. Lindedln impresses me to work even harder. Seeing fellow students start jobs, and achieve honors and awards motivates me to as well. I love getting to regard what my peers are doing professionally. Social media continues to rapidly grow. Embracing this and working towards a positive digital footprint is key to success. By using both of these sites, I can expand both my knowledge and skill set. 

My Mom. She inspires me every day to be kind and loyal. She is someone I look up to. She has worked for everything she has and has given me opportunities I would have never been able to obtain without her. My mom has a hard work ethic and drive to accomplish her own goals. I see her in her profession and how hard she works for both herself and the people around her. She has done so much for me and taught me the good that I can achieve. She has never once let me think I can’t accomplish my own goals if I work hard enough. She is my support and my person. She is my inspiration.

There are little details all around. Outfits, nails, accessories, notes, planners, flowers, design. Movies, shows, books and music. My all-time favorite movie ever is Home Alone. I can’t explain it, it’s so good. But my favorite movie is Toy Story. It’s a movie I have loved since I was a little girl. It inspires me to look out for my friends and be loyal. My favorite show is Gilmore Girls. It motivates me to both work hard for what I want to achieve and to keep the people I love around me close. 

Taylor Swift inspires me. She is kind, determined, and hardworking. She is a symbol and a role model for all young women. She influences me with her songwriting. Taylor uses lyrics to show true emotions for her fans. She is someone I look up to as well. She works hard to give back to the communities around her. She donates money to each city she tours, she donates money to her crew and to the people who work for her. She does good for the world. And she inspires me to do the same. 

My whole life I have been inspired by the people, cultures, and world around me. I am lucky to have such a great environment filled with good influences and kind individuals. I have been shaped by the people and events in my life and that has led me to take inspiration from everything I see.
